Purchased from the Bernard Baruch estate of Hobcaw Baroney Plantation (an original English land grant) near Georgetown, South Carolina. The makers label is still on the back “Bowden-Painter-Glazer-Gilder & C- Bitton Street- West Teignmouth”- (Devon, England.)
