Tea Route Dragon’s Breath Oolong
Hot, sweet, woody, spicy. Just a few words could describe this highly oxidized oolong from Vietnam, from a small garden in the north of the country. The tea acquires its multi-layered character during the many roasts that it goes through in the final stage of its processing and until the desired result is achieved. The large, longitudinally twisted leaves in bronze shades musk a grated pencil, lemon peel and dessert. The liqueur, amber, is intensely aromatic and sweet, with notes of licorice, brown sugar and wood.
