Burdick Chocolates crafts bonbons using a blend of the world’s finest Cacao beans, Criollo and Trinitario, along with Valrhona couvertures, and always without preservatives, extracts or essences. These bonbons are the epitome of what great chocolate should be — perfectly proportioned and enrobed with a thin chocolate coating that protects each ganache’s complex and unique flavors of fruits, nuts and spices. Assorted bonbons are cut and shaped by hand (no molds) and presented in a handsome wooden box, tied with a colorful ribbon and stamped with a wax seal.
